Welcome to Better Wellness "BetterWell" Boutique, a unique platform that intertwines my personal wellness journey with a professional commitment to support the alternative wellness space. Here, I share my story and provide resources like clean brands, books, podcasts, and inspiration. Additionally, I offer businesses in the alternative wellness industry specialized marketing, strategy, and social media services. 

With 15 years of experience in marketing and event planning across diverse sectors—finance, accounting, legal, technology, cybersecurity, real estate, associations, and non-profits—I am well-equipped to support these businesses and their missions. My passion for helping people led me to focus exclusively on the wellness space. I believe that knowledge is power, and the more we know and share, the better we will be. 

My journey began after the birth of my first daughter, Maeve, in 2016, when I struggled with postpartum challenges. Leaving my corporate job to focus on motherhood, I gained a newfound appreciation for stay-at-home parents. Seeking an outlet, I ventured into real estate.

However, in 2019, a traumatic experience with my youngest daughter, Maya, triggered a shift toward holistic wellness. Facing febrile seizures and health issues with my children, coupled with my own battles with anxiety and migraines, I delved into research and discovered the pivotal role of nutrition in health. Implementing dietary changes and exploring plant-based eating, I witnessed remarkable improvements. Frustrated with conventional treatments, I embraced functional health principles, advocating for a holistic approach to well-being.

This journey inspired the creation of Better Well Boutique, an online platform dedicated to empowering businesses and individuals. Join us in redefining wellness and embarking on a transformative journey toward vibrant health and empowerment.
