People ask me all the time what's actually in my cart. This page is my honest answer. Not sponsored hype, not an aspirational Pinterest board, the real brands I buy on repeat because I trust what's (and isn't) in them.
Why the ingredients in your food, toothpaste, and everything else actually matter
Most of what we use every day, the food we eat, the toothpaste we brush with, the lotion we put on our kids, gets absorbed or ingested in small amounts, day after day, year after year. It's rarely one thing that matters. It's the pattern. Knowing what's in your products isn't about fear, it's about being an informed consumer instead of a default one.
The "cupcake at the birthday party" philosophy
Do I let my kids eat the cupcake at the birthday party? Have the s'more at the campfire? Of course. This isn't about restriction, and it's not about short-term perfection. It's about the long game, understanding what's going into our bodies most of the time, so the occasional cupcake is just a cupcake, not a crisis. Kids (and moms) who grow up with an all-or-nothing relationship to food and products don't stick with it. Kids who grow up with understanding do.
My favorite clean brands
There are so many incredible clean brands doing this the right way, and I want to be one more voice pointing you toward them instead of the noise. Here's where I'll keep an updated, categorized list of what I actually buy and why.
